Heading into the 2018 NFL Season, NFL Media/NFL Network upgraded their Primestream asset management system, with the goal of enhancing metadata tagging with the ingestion of GSIS data, Next-Gen Stats and Speech-to-Text transcriptions into their MAM. The additional metadata has provided producers with new functionality to run deeper searches within the database. NFL Media also deployed Fork Xchange, which allows content to be shared between the Los Angeles and New Jersey offices for live studio show production. These upgrades have significantly enhanced access to media across the both linear and digital platforms and provided benefits to the studio and remote productions throughout the season.

Boim currently oversees the daily operations of the Post Production and Asset Management groups at the NFL Media Broadcast Center in Culver City, CA. He specializes in developing postproduction workflows and the strategic development of the network’s asset management and long-term archival processes.
